1. SCOPE AND CONSENT1.1. Personal data of individuals - users of the a1.consulting site (hereinafter - the Site) are processed by "A1 Consulting" LLC, a legal entity registered under the laws of Ukraine, located at the address of st. Ushinskogo, 40, avenue 302, Kyiv, Ukraine, 03151 (hereinafter - the Company). The company is the owner of the personal database of users of the Site.
1.2. The administrator of the personal data base of the users of the Site is the Company.
1.3. Personal data of users of the Site are processed on secure servers located in Ukraine.
1.4. This Privacy Policy describes the procedure established by the Company for processing personal data collected using the Site and related services and tools that allow users to order consultations on the Site. In all specified cases, the Company processes personal data of users exclusively within the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data". This Privacy Policy has been developed in accordance with the provisions of this document.
1.5. By using the Site and/or other related services and tools, the user gives his consent to the Company to process his personal data, such as the user's name, e-mail address, contact phone number, company represented by the user and other contact information at the user's request .

Users should be aware that when clicking on some links posted on the Site, they may be redirected to the sites (with applications, etc.) of other companies outside the Company's hosting space, where information about users is collected outside the direct control of the Company. 2. INFORMATION COLLECTED, OBTAINED AND POSTED BY THE COMPANY
2.1. Information about the user: When a user creates a "Order a consultation" request on the Site, the Company may request certain information, such as a valid e-mail address, first and last name, phone number and related information, including the name of the company that the user represents. Users are responsible for all information posted by them. The user must be aware of all the risks associated with the fact that he publishes contact information or information of a personal nature.
2.2. Customer service: When contacting users, the Company, if necessary, can collect personal information necessary to fulfill the user's request and receive feedback during the operation of its Site. The Company may also contact the User using the existing contact information provided for this purpose. The Company may also collect other information about communication with users, such as any requests submitted by users or any feedback provided by them, such as in the form of feedback left by users.
2.3. Website and mobile data: The Company may automatically receive and record on its servers information from the user's browser or any device, including IP address, user geolocation, software and hardware attributes, pages requested by the user, data contained in browser databases, including SQL databases, mobile identifiers (including mobile device identifiers such as Google Advertisement ID, IFA or IFV), app usage information, and/or information about other devices used, or system-level information. This information allows us to take the necessary and appropriate measures to maintain high standards in the provision of services.
Information that the Company does not collect and does not process:The company does not collect or process personal data about racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or ideological beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions, and similar information.
3. IP ADDRESS, COOKIES AND MOBILE IDENTIFIERS3.1. During the operation of the Site, the Company may collect certain information using technologies such as cookies, pixels, and local storage (as in your browser or mobile device).

5. EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION5.1. The Company may share the information it collects with affiliates located in any third country. 6.2.8. apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on the protection of personal data.
7. SECURITY7.1. All information we collect is reasonably protected by security measures and procedures to prevent unauthorized access or use of the data. Persons affiliated with the Company, trusted partners and independent service providers undertake to use the information received from the Company in accordance with our security requirements and this Privacy Policy.
